Terms & Conditions
These terms apply when you use this website, when you use the free tools, and when you order a service from us.
Last updated: 20 August 2026
Who we are
This website is operated by Klyro Digital Ltd, Registered in England & Wales, company number 17407496. “We”, “us” and “our” mean that company.
Using this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, or use it in a way that damages it or degrades it for other people.
The free tools
The tools on this site are provided free of charge and without warranty. By using them you agree that:
- You will only submit addresses for websites you own, operate or are otherwise entitled to test.
- You will not use the tools for bulk, automated or scripted requests. We apply rate limits and may block use that is abusive.
- You will not use them to probe systems that are not publicly available. Requests to private, internal and loopback addresses are refused.
Accuracy and availability of results
The checking tools report what a single request returned at the moment you ran it. Results can change from one minute to the next, can be affected by the site being checked, and are not a complete assessment of a website. They are provided for information only, they are not professional advice, and you should not rely on them as the sole basis for a decision. We do not guarantee that the tools will be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
Customer accounts
An account is optional. The free tools and the service request form work without one, and we do not create an account for you because you sent a request.
If you have one, you are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for what happens under your login. Tell us if you think somebody else has access and we will help you secure it. Changing your password signs out every other browser; resetting it signs out all of them.
We may suspend an account where it is being used in a way that breaks these terms, or where we have a genuine security concern. A suspended account cannot be used until we have looked into it. You can ask us to close your account at any time — because requests and orders are business records, closing an account is something we arrange with you rather than an instant deletion.
Prices, service scope and delivery are the ones agreed for each piece of work. An order records the price agreed at the time, and that price does not change if the published price list later does.
Paid services
Prices for fixed-price services are shown on the services page. Ordering works like this:
- You send an enquiry through the contact form selecting the service you want.
- We confirm in writing what is included, what it costs and when it will be delivered. That confirmation, together with these terms, forms the contract between us.
- Work begins once you have confirmed and payment arrangements are agreed.
Delivery periods are set out on the service delivery page. Custom development projects are quoted individually and their scope, price and timeline are agreed in a separate proposal.
Reviews and audits are opinion and recommendation based on what we can observe. We do not guarantee any particular commercial outcome, such as a search ranking, traffic level or revenue figure.
Your responsibilities as a customer
- Give us accurate information and the access we need to do the work.
- Confirm that you are entitled to have work carried out on the website or systems concerned.
- Keep your own backups before we make changes, and respond to questions that hold up delivery.
Intellectual property
The content, design and code of this website, including the tools, belong to us and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
For paid work: once you have paid in full, you own the deliverables we produce specifically for you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing materials, libraries and components, and grant you a licence to use them as part of the deliverable. Third-party components remain under their own licences.
Prohibited use
You must not use this website or our services to break the law, to infringe someone else's rights, to send unsolicited messages, to test or attack systems you do not control, or to reverse engineer, scrape or resell the tools.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit, revenue, business or data, or for loss arising from your reliance on the free tools. Our total liability in connection with a paid service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
