How services are delivered
Everything is delivered electronically. Nothing is shipped, and there is nothing to collect.
Digital reviews
The SEO & Meta Review, Website Technical Audit and Website Improvement Review are delivered as a written document, sent by email to the address you gave us. Each sets out what was checked, what was found and what we would do about it.
Automation Workflow Blueprint
Delivered as a documented workflow and implementation plan: the process as it runs today, the structure we would automate it with, the integrations it would need, and the order we would build it in. It is a plan you can act on — with us or with someone else.
Technical Fix Package
Delivered as implementation on the agreed website or system, followed by a written summary of what was changed. The scope of the task is confirmed in writing before any work starts, and access is arranged with you at that point.
Custom development
Delivery method, stages and milestones are agreed per project and written into the proposal before work begins. Depending on what is built that might mean a deployed application, a handover of source code, or both.
Delivery periods
The periods below start when we have confirmed the scope, payment arrangements are agreed, and we have everything we need from you — a website address, and any access required. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in England.

If something is missing
If we need information or access from you and do not have it, the delivery period pauses until we do. We will tell you what is outstanding rather than let a deadline pass quietly.
If we are running late
If we cannot deliver within the stated period we will tell you before it expires, explain why, and give you a new date. If the new date does not work for you, you can cancel and we will refund you under our refund policy.
Custom development projects
Custom projects are not delivered on a fixed published timescale. Scope, stages, milestones and dates are agreed with you in a written proposal before work starts, and delivery follows that plan. We do not quote a delivery time for custom work until we understand what is being built.
