Common questions

Before you ask

Should we start with the blueprint?: If the process is not written down anywhere, yes. The Automation Workflow Blueprint at €249 maps one workflow and tells you what building it involves, and it is useful whether or not we build it.
What if our tools have no API?: Then we say so early. Some systems cannot be automated cleanly, and the honest answer is often to change the step rather than to automate around it.
Will it keep working?: Integrations break when the systems either side of them change. Automation & Systems Care exists for that, and it is optional.
Do you use a no-code platform?: Where it genuinely fits and you can maintain it afterwards. Where it does not, we build the integration directly, because a workflow you cannot change without us is not a good outcome.
